The City of Turlock (City) invites proposals from qualified vendors for Turlock General Plan Update, Housing Element Update, Capital Fee Nexus Study, and Environmental Impact Report.

Pre-Proposal Meeting
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 a.m., PST, April 25, 2008. Proposals will only be accepted from those who have attended this meeting.

Closing Date
Proposals must be submitted at or before 5:00 p.m., PST, Friday, May 30, 2008, at the address listed above.

Issuance of this RFP and/or receipt of proposals do not commit the City to award a contract.
