Gate City Area Headquarters - The project is for construction of a new Area Headquarters complex including multiple structures consisting of a 21,708 sq. ft. one story masonry Combination Building, a nominal 82 ft. dia. Road Chemical Storage Dome Building, a Fuel Island with pre-engineered metal canopy, a 14-bay wood frame Spreader Rack structure and a 12-bay wood frame Tailgate Rack structure. The project also consists of all associated site work including earth work, stormwater management, septic system, water distribution, electrical distribution, gravel surfacing, asphalt paving and fencing.
