NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT

USING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION



This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space in Atlanta, Georgia. The Government is seeking space for approximately 8,000 usf square feet of office, storage, break room, and conference area. Delineated Area: First consideration will be given to space in the Central Business District (CBD) of Atlanta, GA. The CBD is bounded by the corner of North - North Avenue, South - I-20, East Boulevard, West - Northside Drive. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided apart of the rental consideration. As well as, parking for 45 vehicles is also required onsite. Occupancy: The space is required on or July 1, 2009.
