The Joint Contracting Command Afghanistan, Regional Contracting Center, Bagram Airfield, intends to award a sole source contract to Tapestry Solutions to provide field support for the Global Distribution Management System (GDMS) in Afghanistan. The contract will require Tapestry Solutions to provide CJTF-101 with upgrades and technical operational assistance for GDMS. See the attached Justification and Approval, dated 16 Nov 08, for the justification for other than full and open competition. The Government contemplates a firm-fixed price contract.
