C/O: HIGH PRESSURE CHARGING PNEUMATIC VALVE, VALVE STEM, KNOB, CAP, MACHINE SCREW, WASHER, HELICAL COMPRESSION SPRING, STOP ASS'Y, HOUSING, STEM, RETAINING CLIP, BODY, LANYARD, SHOULDER SCREW, (3) OIL RINGS, (2) BACK UP RINGS, LOCK NUT, LOCK WIRE, HYDRO TEST END CAP. THE HOUSING IS MACHINED FROM STAINLESS STEEL, TYPE 316 OR 317 PER ASTM A 276. THE PART IS APPROXIMATE 7 INCHES LONG, CLEANED AND PASSIVATED PER DRAWING INSTRUCTIONS. FOB IS DESTINATION. Minimum requirements are for a total of 19 each and the contract will be a Three Year IDIQ. Estimated issue date is 19 September 2008. Estimated requirements for three years is 79 each and the maximum over the life of the contract is 250 each. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
