Synopsis:

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a competitive, Transitional Residential Treatment Service Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Homeless eligible Veterans for the Bay Pines VA Healthcare Systems, Bay Pines Fl. Service scope includes but not limited will include board and room for both male and female veterans in separate living quarters; laundry facilities; variety of group activities; counseling services etc. This is a 5 years BOA consisting of a base year plus four (4) one optional year. Further details will be provided in the RFP. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) and listed in the VetBiz vendor registry (http://vip.vetbiz.gov/).. NAIC code is 624221; size standard is $6.5 million. RFP issue date will be on or about July 14, 2008 with a 14 day proposal period. Solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web page (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). A response to this notice is not required.
