Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued*. The Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Fort Monmouth, has a requirement for a Financial Readiness Program Manager(FRP) to provide services and support a s set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide program services for 1920 hours per contract year. The Contractor will not perform services on 10 U.S. Federal holidays. Contract performance shall primarily be provided on-site, du ring the agency hours of 0800-1645, Monday through Friday, at Army Community Service, Bldg. 812, Fort Monmouth; however, the nature of the services requires flexibility in work scheduling. The Base period of performance is anticipated to be 1 January 2008 through 31 December 2008 and will include three (3) subsequent one-year Options. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $6.5M. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be made on a Best Value basis and is subject to the a vailability of funds. Proof of Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a combination of education and experience which equips candidate to serve as a Financial Management Counselor is necessary. Candidate must have proof of certific ation as an Accredited Financial Counselor.
