Description
     Scope of Services:     The Contractor shall provide a Firm Fixed price contract for providing employee assistance services for employees of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-west (NAVFAC MW). NAVFAC MW is comprised of three main teams which are; Core/IPT, Public Works Department-Central and Public Works Department-Great Lakes. Each team is located at the Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois.     Services to be provided include: Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) services and employee assessment, counseling and referral services. CEAP will be available to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Midwest (NAVFAC MW) for the purposes of prevention, early recognition, intervention, and resolution of work-related and personal problems.     Furthermore the program shall provide employee assistance in dealing with life at work and at home, provide short term counseling, problem identification assistance, problem resolution assistance, family counseling and will maintain confidentiality of employees who request these services.     Family counseling is considered to be dependents and family members as eligible if they meet the dependency and familial relationships that are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
