The purpose of the youth ministry contract is to provide spiritually based peer group experience to exercise ones faith in the community and with a peer group by appropriate opportunities for middle school and high school students within the installation. The Youth Ministry Coordinator will coordinate and provide Christian ministry for high school and middle school age youth, in the Fort Richardson community, as part of the Command Master Religious Program (CMRP). Contractor services include providing a community wide youth religious program and support for specific youth ministry needs that the Garrison Unit Ministry Team and volunteers cannot provide. Statement of Work and Solicitation will be available for review on or about 27 October 2008.
