Synopsis:

The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 ea 3G CDMA Cellular Communications Testbed, P/N DBAS0002; 1 ea 800 MHZ Radio Access Node for Qualcomm Deployable Base Station Cellular System, P/N DBAR0803; 1 ea QDBS Operations, Accounting & Maintenance Computer, P/N DBSPC005; 1 ea Technical support for customized lab setup & training; 2 ea Qualcomm QTP-6800 test phone;10 ea Commercial CDMA phone kit, P/N DBPX0001; 2 ea Commercial CDMA PC Aircard, P/N DBPF0000;1 ea Qualcomm eXtensible Diagnostic Monitor software kit, P/N QXDM;1 ea QXDM software annual maintenance.;1 ea CDMA Phone Provisioning Kit, P/N DBPP0000;1 ea 17W 190MHz Power Amplifier Kit, P/N DBAC1900. Brand Name or Equal. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. This acquisition is solicited under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
