GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers may offer Open Market items only in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective GSA Schedule AND upon approval from the soliciting Contracting Officer. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. LI 014, Installation: Provide and install all labor and materials to install furniture in the 3 offices, Contractor shall clean site of trash and remove to an off post location, 1, EA;

For this solicitation, USA ACA Ft. Bragg intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. USA ACA Ft. Bragg is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com. Sellers that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration. In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DOD contractors to submit and track invoices and receipt/acceptance documents electronically. The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil and there is no charge to use WAWF. Contractors must register to use WAWF at this website and ensure an electronic business point of contact (POC) is designated in the Central Contractor Registration site at http://www.ccr.gov within ten (10) calendar days after award of this contract. A site visit has been arranged for anyone wishing to inspect the site where installation is to be performed. The site visit will be on 9/3/08 and 10:00 am. Anyone wishing to visit the site should do so at this time. Those persons interested in attending the site visit should contact the Contract Specialist for location and directions. Point of contact is Nicole Martin at nicole.m.martin@us.army.mil. Please notify the Contract specialist if interested in attending. If attending please arrive by 9:45 am. If vendors are late there will not be additional site visit scheduled.
