NOTICE TO OFFERORS

IFB-DOFAW-08-K2

The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver Remote Automatic Weather Stations to the Kauai District Baseyard, 4398D Pua Loke Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii 96766.

Copies of the IFB may be obtained from the Division of Forestry and Wildlife, 3060 Eiwa Street, Room 306, Lihue, HI 96766, at no cost beginning on May 7, 2008. The IFB may also be downloaded from the State Procurement Office Procurement Notices website, http://www4.hawaii.gov/bidapps/.

Delivery is required within 90 days following acceptance of the bid. Sealed bids will be received at the Division of Forestry and Wildlife office, 3060 Eiwa Street, Room 306, Lihue, HI 96766. Bids submitted by fax or by electronic mail will also be accepted; please see the IFB for details. All bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. May 22, 2008. Anything received after that time will not be considered and will be returned to the applicant unopened. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

The State reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time and reject any and all proposals or to waive any defect, when in its opinion, such cancellation, rejection or waiver will be in the best interests of the State of Hawaii. The State of Hawaii assumes no financial responsibility in the preparation of any responses to this IFB.
