NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Project No. IFB D09-019

INVITATION FOR BIDS to Furnish Video Documentary in Hawaiian Chronicling the Hawaiian Immersion Program s Progress Over the Last 20 Years, for the Department of Education (DOE), OCISS, Instructional Services Branch, in accordance with IFB D09-015 will be received at the DOE, Procurement and Contracts Office, Waipahu Civic Center, 94-275 Mokuola Street, Room 200, Waipahu, Hawaii 96797 until 2:00 p.m., H.S.T. on June 30, 2008, at which time and place they will be publicly opened. Bids received after the time and date fixed for opening shall not be considered.

Potential Bidders interested in responding to this solicitation may do so by using the electronic solicitation posted on the Procurement Notice System website. Bidder must first register itself by completing and submitting the Registration Form for Online IFBs and RFPs which is also posted on the Procurement Notice System website. The Registration Form must be e-mailed to DOEProcure@notes.k12.hi.us or faxed to (808) 675-0133 prior to the deadline for bid submittal. Upon registration, bidder is requested to print a hard copy of the solicitation. If Bidder fails to register, Bidder will not receive any addenda and/or other procurement notices; its bid may therefore be rejected and not considered for award.

All bids shall be made on the solicitation document available from the DOE s Procurement and Contracts Office or via the Procurement Notice System. All bids must be completed in accordance with the accompanying instructions. Inquiries may be directed to the DOE at telephone 808-675-0130 or facsimile 808-675-0133.
