Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912CZ-08-T-0030. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. (iv) This acquisition is full and open, Size standards $6.5 Mil. The applicable NAICS is 611699. (v) The items requested are as follows:
ITEM NUMBER 1, ProQA Software for 2 medical, 2 police and 2 fire stations, 2 manual dispatch back-up card sets, 1 MPDS quality assurance guide, 2 EFD manual dispatch back up card sets, 1 EFD quality assurance guide, 2 EFD manual dispatch back up card sets, 1 EFD quality assurance guide, 1 year annual software and card maintenance. Must also come to Fort Wainwright to train and install the system. Must be fully two way CAD integrated dispatch software, 24 hour, 7 day a week technical support. Must have Nationally accredited MPDS consulting services which is required. Currently this system is provided by Priority Dispatch.(or equal). Must be compatible with the City of Fairbanks, Alaska and the North Star Borough. The 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
