Synopsis:

The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, intends to negotiate with University Sports Publications on a sole source basis for a full page ad in the 2008 MLB All Star Game Program. The contract type is to be a Firm Fixed Price commercial type contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 University Sports Publications is the only known source capable of satisfying the government s minimum requirement. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. Telephone, fax and or email requests will not be honored.
No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
