This notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for reference number FE461382520125. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a) (13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. The proposed contract listed is set-aside for Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 336214, and a size standard of 500 employees. Description of Requirement: Purchase of three (3) 22 Foot Deck Over Trailers. Specifications: 22' L X 96"w, safety chains, 1-drop leg jack (10,000 lb), 2 posi-lube brake axles (7,000 lb), 6 leaf slipper spring suspension, 4-16" white spoke wheels, 4- 235/80R16 radial tires (3,520 lb), rub rail and pockets, electric break-a-way kit w/ charger, 8"X10 lb I-beam tongue, 8"X 10lb I beam main frame, 22' tilt portion w/15 degree tilt pitch, 14,000 lb G.V.W.R., 7,000 lb 2 G.A.W.R, 3" pintle eye- channel mount (21,000 lb.), 2x 6 x 1/8" square tubing outer deck frame, 3" channel cross member on 16" center, 2" treated pine lumber deck, DOT approved flush mount lifetime LED lights, Amber side turn flashers, sealed wire harness, 12 VDC Hydraulic pump, 2-3" x 16" hydraulic cylinders, 12' control cable, sandblasted, acid washed, powder coated. Color: Black Powder coat, Axle Option: (2) 7,000 #elec/spring, Other Options: 1 Spare 235/80R16 Tire and Mount (Bumper Pull). The Government will make a best value award decision in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (Nov 2006), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites. There will be no paper copies of the RFQ notice available. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent RFQ notice.
