Request for competitive quote for both flooring materials and installation of "Flooring, Vinyl Tiles for DAS Electrical Switch Room".
Konecto brand 16" x 16" vinyl tiles by Metroflor, Sorrento collection, # 80028 Carrera White. No substitutions will be accepted. Quote should break out cost of materials and labor separately on a square foot cost basis. Vendor site visit is required to submit a quote and to verify our approximate 1300 square foot measurement. Site visit form is attached, and must be completed and signed by an authorized state employee and submitted along with the quote. Vendor shall call (515) 242-5123 to schedule a site visit.
Vendor shall be knowlegeable of installation technique and materials recommended by the manufacturer, and be an authorized installer if the manufacturer requires it.
Flooring to be installed in a high voltage switchroom at 110 SE 13th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.
Installation can take place following a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday work schedule. Access to the space can begin right away with a prefered completion date of May 22 or sooner. Submit an estimated completion date along with your quote.
Only the successful Vendor's work plan must be approved by Rob Fulton and David Phillips prior to beginning work on the project to assure safety and compliance.
