Line: 001 Commodity: 94620 Quantity: 1.00000 UOM: EA Specifications: The Developmental Disabilities Administration, a Department of Health and Mental Hygiene agency, is seeking accounting firms to perform financial assessments of its providers on an as needed basis. The purpose of these assessments is to review current financial records to determine a provider s liquidity, plans for improvement and overall financial condition, beginning July 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2009. The Department estimates between 5 to 10 hours of service per month but does not guarantee a minimum or maximum numbers of hours of services. THIS SOLICITATION SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMALL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS DESCRIBED IN COMAR 21.05.08. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE PROCUREMENT FOR WHICH THE AWARD WILL BE LIMITED TO CERTIFIED SMALL BUSINESS VENDORS.
