The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Great Lakes Region has a requirement for the facility sustainment, Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Dane County Regional-Traux Field Airport, Madison , Wisconsin. The work includes , but not limited to: A. Tower Cab Roof replacement. B. Recaulk/repaint Tower Cab metal panels. C. Replace Flashing on existing HVAC equipment curbs atop base building roof. D. Test and balance HVAC system. E. Replace humidifiers in base building and tower cab. F. Replace base building equipment room backup HVAC. G. Replace facility unit heaters. H. Replace tower cab HVAC unit. I. Replace power panels. J. Facility lightning protection.
At least 50% of the total amount of work under the contract on site must be performed by the general contractor in strict accordance with the specifications/plans and contract provisions. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract is being contemplated to a responsible offeror who submits the responsive offer for this requirement.
