Customs and Border Protection intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for facilities/space for a training conference for 600 attendees in Anaheim, CA for the time frame of May 15-19, 2009. Any proposal or offer received will be evaluated only to determine whether or not to proceed with a sole source award. Qualitifications are that the facilities have the capability of hosting 600 individual guest rooms; have conference facilities that include one main room that will hold 600 attendees, theatre style; with 10 breakout rooms for the specificed time frame. The facilities must be able to provide automatic audio/visual support services. All information must be received by e-mail at patricia.startzman@dhs.gov by COB November 14th, 5:00 PM CST.
