Description; Information:
The purpose of this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is to establish a Statewide Contract for the services of a qualified firm to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for multiple agencies and state-owned and operated facilities across the State of Georgia. Specific maintenance services include: facility management; facility property; building envelope and structure; utilities and distribution systems; water systems; natural gas, LP distribution and combustion systems; plumbing, sewer and water control systems; electrical systems and lighting; HVAC; security and fire alarm systems and grounds.
The State of Georgia is using an electronic request for proposal, or an eRFP . The eRFP documents are available on-line through the eBreviate eTool and all eRFP responses/proposals must also be submitted through this eTool. PLEASE EMAIL THE CONTACT PERSON, (Darryl Mitchell) utilizing the email address listed above to request a user name and password for access to the eBreviate eTool. Use "Facility Maintenance Services" in the e-mail subject line.
You MUST specify in your email request the following information:
1. Bid Number
2. Your Company Name
3. Your Contact information including:
a. Name
b. Title
c. Phone Number
d. Email Address
e. Georgia Procurement Registry registered member (yes/no)
Only one contact from a company can represent that company, it is the responsibility of the company bidding on the eRFP to ensure only one eRFP is submitted by a vendor company. Only one user name and password for the eRFP tool will be provided to a vendor company and only one eRFP response per vendor company will be considered.
A mandatory offeror's conference is schedule for 5 August 2008 @ 10:00AM at the offices of the DOAS. Several mandatory site visits are schedule beginning 5 Aug thru 14 Aug 2008. Please see the eRFP for additional details.
