Five (5) different direct mail packages, each with specific "Source Codes", printed in four color process and fifth and sixth ink colors, with die cut flaps (2) on Outer Wrap, one (1) die cut window on Outer Wrap, One (1) vertical perforation on each of the two (2) BRC's, one folded letter printed one side, collated in-line and sealed with two (2) fugitive glue dots to complete the packages. Proofs required, 5 working day hold. FOB Destination to Newington CT 06111. Partial delivery on January 12, 2009 and balance at destination on January 16, 2009. Quality Level 1 Printing.
