Sealed bids (Chapter 103D, HRS) to FURNISH, DELIVER, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT (DHS-IFB-09-01) will be received during regular business hours until August 15, 2008, 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) by the:

Department of Human Services (DHS)

Benefit, Employment and Support Staff Division (BESSD)

Staff Development Office (SDO)

All bids/offers e-mailed or faxed will NOT be accepted. All sealed bids shall be delivered to the aforementioned office during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to

4:00 p.m., except holidays. All sealed bids delivered to the Department of Human Services, BESSD Staff Development after August 15, 2008, 10:00 a.m. (HST), will NOT be accepted and will be returned unopened.

If a company is interested in responding to this solicitation, they shall register their company by fax or e-mail for this specific solicitation by August 1, 2008. Registrations and requests to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation received by the DHS after August 1, 2008 will NOT be accepted.

Award of this IFB is subject to available funds and the receipt of all appropriate approvals.
