This solicitation is for Full Line Food Distribution in Japan, Singapore, and Diego Garcia. The Prime Vendor will support land based facilities as well as being responsible for supporting Navy Ships requirements. The contract will be for a total period of six (6) years. There will be a two (2) year base period with two (2) additional, two (2) year option periods. This will be an Unrestricted Acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will considered by this agency. A contract will be awarded to a Prime Vendor using Tradeoff Procedures. Offerors Must be able to interface with the Government?s established translation package and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the new DLA-BSM DIBBS website. The website can be found at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
