THE US AIR FORCE INTENDS TO PURCHASE THE ONE FTI MICROSCOPY IMAGING SYSTEM WITH RAMEN SPECTROMETER FROM Perkin Elmer Life and Analytical Sciences ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS. This is an unrestricted procurement action.

The purchase of one each FTI Microscopy Imaging System with Raman Spectrometer.
Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 8 weeks after recipt of an award.

Justification for Sole Source: Only one manufacture can provide the equipment with the features needed to accomplish laboratory functions. This equipment shall replace a similar, existing, older system that is obsolete and must interface with existing laboratory equipment.
