This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Federal Protective Service (FPS) is soliciting information from potential sources and seeking qualified small or large businesses that possess the capability and experience to provide direct support of the FPS Mobile Command Vehicle (MCP) mission and other similar support.
The Mobile Command Vehicle (MCV) provides an environmentally controlled mobile platform for command and communications with small meeting areas that can be used for command functions, compiling data and developing incident specific action plans.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment (Other than that provided by the government), services and supervision necessary to perform including : (1) on-site contractor MCV technicians, who will be responsible for deploying the command vehicle for real life events, in support of the FPS cadre/ mission and perform minor repair on the MCV and equipment. (2) perform limited maintenance on support equipment such as the onboard generator, heating , cooling, ventilation and air conditioning system, water and plumbing system, hydraulic stabilizer system, etc. (3) assume other Telecommunications tasks within the confines of the FPS regional facilities. Service Contract wages will be applicable to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561621, SIN 426 4F -84 Emergency Preparedness and First Responder Equipment, Training and Services. Respondents are required to submit a Capability Statement that clearly addresses your corporate capabilities. The capability statement is not to exceed 6 pages and must provide a summary of relevant experience that includes at least two current contracts that are currently in progress since 1 January 2000. The statement must include substantive current and/or recent past performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance, prime or subcontract, brief description of services, Contracting Officers s Representative (COR) name, COR email , and COR telephone .
