This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Group One, San Diego, Ca. intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Guidance Software, Inc, 215 N. Marengo Ave Fl 2, Pasadena, CA 91101-1569 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is a simplified acquisition, FAC 2005-27 FSC: U099, NAICS: 511210, SIZE: 23.0.
