The acquisition of Integrated Base Defense (IBD) physical security and force protection systems, equipment, and system integration capabilities. The purpose of this effort is to support force protection requirements by providing means to deter, anticipate, deny, detect, report, delay, assess, track, and assist in security forces activities to neutralize adversarial forces. Scope would include, at a minimum: the design; development; procurement; system installation and integration; system test; system certification and accreditation; and logistical support of IBD systems and equipment at Department of Defense (DoD) locations, both CONUS and OCONUS, as well as at other locations deemed to support national interests.
