Description: 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the authority of PL 108-183 Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, Section 308. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. Site Investigation and Removal Action, Mojave National Preserve, Cima, California, Soliciation Number Q8380080063. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work site is located approximately 500 meters south of the Cima Road exit on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County, California. Work consists of preparing a site investigation and removing hazardous materials. Response activities include assessing soil contamination, sampling materials in storage drums and disposal of these items. The NAICS code for this project is 562910 and the small business size standard is $13 million. Contract duration is 60 days following the notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $35,00 and $80,000. This procurement is an Request for Quotations (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Regulations.
