FAQ080060Fence Removal - (Mint, Schell & Wilson)
The Bureau of Land Management, Nevada State Office, is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials (except those designated as Government Furnished) to remove approximately 18.3 miles of livestock fence located within the BLM Elko District, Elko, NV. Solicitation Number FAQ080060 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the removal of the fence.
The work required is located in Elko County, NV. A SITE VISIT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED - details regarding date, location, and contact information will be identified in the solicitation. Due to the location of the sites quoters interested in participating in the Site Visit will need a 4x4 vehicle and are expected to bring food and water.
Solicitation package will be available electronically on or about May 21st, 2008. Please print the Standard form (SF)-18 and all clauses and attachments. Quotes will be due on or about June 3rd, 2008. Quotes must be submitted to Bureau of Land Management, Ely District Office; Attention: Kim Ferguson, HC33 Box 33500, Ely, NV 89301. An award will be made to the responsible firm whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, technical, price and past performance being considered. Quotes shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule, 2) Technical and Past Performance information if requested in the solicitation, 3) Include TIN and DUNS Number, 4) Offer must be signed, and 5) Representations and Certifications must be submitted (Note: Annual representations and certifications can be completed at Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. If not completed electronically, then FAR Clause 52.212-03; Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, found in the solicitation package, must be completed.)
The North American Industry Classification System number for this solicitation is 115310 (Size standards in millions of dollars is $6.5). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government intends to award this contract on an all-or-none basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 21st, 2008. Detailed information, including a Statement of Work, maps, etc. will be included. The solicitation and all associated attachments must be downloaded from the IDEASEC website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov No packages will be mailed out.
Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
