Due to the implementation of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) realignment/consolidation of the procurement management and other related functions from the components to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the solicitation number is hereby changed from FA8123-08-R-0023 to SPRTA1-08-R-0014.
