The Hill AFB Honor Guard is looking to purchase an outdoor marquee. for building 402
Following SOW:
Purchase and install one D/F 20mm RGB full color LED message center. EMC Matrix 48 x 112.
Install on existing post that has cover and match cabinet color to post color (Dakota Brown. Weather proofed.
Size should match as close as possible the existing marquee size: 5'h x 8'w x 3'd Minimum height acceptable is 3'6". Full screen (no ID cabinet for logo) with high resolution, minimum pixel spacing of 20mm.
Control of marquee by wireless computer communication. Computer system must be compatible with existing digital marquees already in place on Wardliegh Rd and the new fitness center.
One day repair turn around for parts and labor. 100% parts and service

Video/Animation rate 60 frames per second
