Synopsis:

The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #17/ Rm. A117), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is soliciting for a HUB Zone Set-aside contractor for a for removal and replacement of flooring and ceiling tile/grid system. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for demolition and install of all flooring and ceiling systems indicated in scope for project. The NAICS code for this project is 238330 Size Standard 13.0 million dollars with a Firm Fixed Price contract being anticipated. The solicitation was issued on May 9, 2008, with a proposal response on September 14, 2006. The estimated project dollar amount is expected to be less than $100,000.00.
