The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI has a requirement for Environmental Planning, Technical and Administrative support that may include: Environmental Planning Documentation Development IAW the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and/or Executive Order 12114; Program Support and Strategic Planning, Risk Mitigation and Management; Research and Field Activities; Training and Outreach Support; Geospatial Data Development Management and Related Environmental Planning Laboratory Support. Contract type will be a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions with an estimated Level of Effort of 252,500 hours.
This requirement will be solicited as Unrestricted. Evaluation will be based on Personnel, Past Performance and Price. A Statement of Work and further details will be released upon issue of RFP #N66604-08-R-1940, which is anticipated to be on or about 07/09/2008.
