On-Site Services
Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the Department of Labor, for the operation of the Woodstock Job Corps Center, a 505-student residential training facility located at 10900 Old Court Road, Woodstock, Maryland 21163.
We are currently soliciting request for written quotes for the following on-site Services.
Energy Saving Improvement Project at the Woodstock Job Corps Center.
The contractor shall perform the modification as listed in the scope-of-work that will be given out at the pre-bid meeting. The work Includes retrofitting fluorescent fixtures from T12 with magnetic ballasts to T8 with electronic ballasts, or just replacing ballasts or tubes, replacing Incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs, installing occupancy sensors, and installing new fixtures.
Please note that a pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be conducted on September 3rd, 2008 at 10:00 am. Pre-bid packages will be given out at that time only. Contractors who have Intentions on attending must submit the following by e-mail or fax to Brown.Denora@jobcorps.org or by fax at 410-696-9401 for receipt by close of business (5:00pm EST) on August 29th, 2008. (1) a positive statement of your Intention to submit a bid for this solicitation as a Prime Contractor, (2) statement of bonding capability, to Include single and aggregate totals, and (3) listing of experience In work similar In type and scope to Include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact Including phone numbers.
