The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award an 8(a) sole source requirement to R & W Builders Inc. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform local area network (LAN) maintenance, software maintenance and service calls for repair of the base Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) for Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
