Synopsis:

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Dayton Contract office intends make a sole source award to Cook Medical Inc. for the purchase of a Vascular Suitcase consisting of various Zenith Flex grafts. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented in the FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The applicable NAICS Code is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. A Justification and Approval to procure using other than full and open competition is attached. Any interested parties, other than Cook Medical Inc., that feel they can satisfy this requirement must submit a written quote via e-mail to the addresses listed below, no later than June 13, 2008 at 16:00 PM EST. All interested parties, must be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
