The development and management of a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and EAP optional services for the employees and their eligible family members of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a component of Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
CBP is a federal law enforcement agency that employs approximately 50,000 employees to include 15,000 Border Patrol Agents and 19,000 CBP officers. Other professions within CBP include Agricultural Specialists, Air and Marine Interdiction Agents, Import Specialists, technicians, lawyers, program analysts and administrative personnel.
