Description; Information:
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from experienced firms to provide counseling and personal crisis intervention services for an Employee Assistance Program for large public facilities, as further described herein and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The services of the successful firm(s) shall include, but not be limited to, providing around the clock crisis intervention by telephone, staffed by a professional counselor, face-to-face counseling sessions for employees, specialized assistance for employee s individual problems, consultation and training for management and supervisory staff. The scope of services shall include services for the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, and Centennial Olympic Park. The contract, if awarded, will be administrated by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Human Resources Department or other designee, located at 285 International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, Georgia.
