EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PACK ITEM CLARIFICATION
The items listed in the statement of work are the minimum items for each pack. Additional or upgraded items are permissible. The Flashlight and AM/FM Radio are to operate on AA Batteries. The Flashlight and AM/FM Radio can also have utilize alternate power sources in addition to the AA Batteries but must have the option to operate on the AA Batteries. All items must fit into the fanny pack. The pack is meant as a one day supply of items.
