The purpose of this amendment 2 is to answer questions. The deadline for submission of the proposal and sample shirt(s) remains as March 12.
Questions:
Could you please get me the size of the badge for digitizing?
On the embroidered what is the stitch count?
Need the sizes of the shirt pockets and embroidery to quote.
Answer:
As stated in the Solicitation, the look of the embroidery is an Evaluation Factor. Please consult the word document containing pictures of each embroidery or imprint item and JPEG files of items by sending an email with the subject line of '139132 Embroidered polo uniform shirts' and in the text include the point of contact's name, company name and DUNS (to ensure it is a small business) and state that you are requesting the 'pictures' document. USSS is not providing the badge size, pen or mic pocket size, or stitch count.
