Modifications: It is the vendor's responsibility to continue to check the BIDS system for any Modifications to this RFP. The attachment in MSWord and/or MSExcel is provided as a courtesy to allow vendors to respond and fill in information, as necessary. Please be advised that each vendor must ensure completeness and correctness of bids/proposals submitted in response to this solicitation.
