| Notice Summary |
1. Provide consultation, coaching and meeting facilitation for Program Managers to maintain
effective team development and productivity for the GRES, LD, TBABS and LAS teams. (As
needed through contract period)
2. Provide consultation, policy guidance and coaching for the acting HR Manager and newly
appointed HR Manager once hired. Consultation and guidance will address issues such as:
recruitment, progressive discipline, workers compensation, OFLA/FMLA, volunteer programs,
safety and security, labor relations, classification and training, and human resources
information systems.
3. Provide consultation on the development, content and roll out of the Talking Books and
Braille Services long range plan. (Through August 31, 2008)
4. Provide orientation and training for current and new employees on State Library mission,
values and culture. Provide skill training on team effectiveness skills, quality
improvement tools and outcomes measurement. ( New employees - by April 30, 2008 and
subsequently as needed; Current employees - as needs are identified)
Contract maximum amount not to exceed $10,000.00, /contract termination date 6/30/2009.
