AMENDMENT TWO
In accordance with Uniform Instructions, Page 7, Section 2.6, Solicitation Amendments, the solicitation is hereby amended:
1) To the Special Instructions, Paragraph 19 is added:
19. Offer Submission, Due Date and Time
In accordance with the Uniform Instructions 3.1, offers in response to this solicitation shall be submitted within the State's eProcurement system, SPIRIT (www.spirit.az.gov). Offers shall be received before the
date/time listed in the solicitation's 'Date To Close' field. Offers submitted outside SPIRIT, or those that are received on or after the date/time stated in the 'Date To Close' field, shall be rejected. Questions in this regard shall be directed to the Procurement Officer or to the SPIRIT Help Desk (spirit@azdoa.gov or 602-542-7600).
All other provisions remain unchanged.
AMENDMENT ONE
In accordance with Uniform Instructions, Page 7, Section 2.6, Solicitation Amendments, the solicitation is hereby amended:
1) To the Special Instructions, Paragraph 18 is added:
18. Solicitation Amendments and SPIRIT
Offerors are advised to check the SPIRIT system for solicitation amendments regularly. Offerors are further notified that the issuance of a solicitation amendment will return any completed proposals received back to draft status. Offerors who have already submitted proposals as complete prior to the issuance of an amendment will be required to resubmit proposals as complete following issuance of the amendment.
2) Special Terms and Conditions, Page 16, Paragraph 15.1, Definition, the following is added:
For all Hewlett Packard products, the MSRP shall be the HP IPG Supplies List Price, which is the product price prior to any discounts being applied.
All other provisions remain unchanged. |
