AMENDMENT THREE
In accordance with Uniform Instructions, Section 2.6, Solicitation Amendments, the solicitation is hereby amended:
1. Price Sheet, Section 6, has been revised.
AMENDMENT TWO
In accordance with Uniform Instructions, Section 2.6, Solicitation Amendments, the solicitation is hereby amended:
1. Scope of Work, Section 3.4.2 has been revised.
2.The Price Sheet has been amended to correct a typo in Section 4, Rigid Box filters. Size 2412X12 has been corrected to be size 24X12X12.
No further changes are made.
AMENDMENT ONE
The Solicitation is hereby amended:
1. Special Instructions, Pricing, subsections B and D are modified.
2. Special Terms and Conditions, Delivery (Days), Subsection A is modified.
3. Special Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, Subsection 1 is modified.
4. Price Sheet: "For all filters, delivery charges may apply if the order amount is not over:" has been deleted; Days ARO and Pricing structure for Section 6 are modified.
