Geological Survey, intends to make a noncompetitive award to Costech Analytical Technologies, Inc. 26074 Ave. Hall, Suite 14, Valencia, CA 91355 for Elemental Combustion System, Model 4010, to be delivered to USGS South Carolina Water Sicence Center, 720 Gracern Road, Stephens Center, Suite 129, Columbia, SC 29210 by October 17, 2008.

Costech Analytical Technologies, Inc.. is the only known source for this requirement because they are the one company to manufacture this piece of equipment.
THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFOREMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
