The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) (Electrostatic Discharge Simulation Firing Test System, P/N Model 931-9019, Qty 1). This requirement is sole sourced to (Vendor data - Electro-tech systems, Inc., 3101 Mt. Carmel Ave., Glenside, PA 19038) as the only qualified and approved vendor to produce this part. Any firms believing that they can provide a Electrostatic Discharge Simulation Firing Test System that has specifications that meets or exceeds the listed system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Electrostatic Discharge Simulation Firing Test System without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
