The proposed procurement is for two different NSN s. The first NSN is 5965-00-615-0104, Earphone Element: in accordance with approved QPL Type number (H-143/AIC). All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC for an estimated annual quantity of 4777 each. The second NSN is 5965-01-233-0771, Microphone, Dynamic: in accordance with approved QPL Type number (M169A/AIC). All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC for an estimated annual quantity of 4777 each. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic Year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Items to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This is an Unrestricted acquisition and will provide opportunity for Full and Open Competition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". See Notes: Twelve (12) and Twenty-six (26). The estimated closing date of this solicitation will be October 10, 2006.
