This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT898252A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335314. The business size standard is 750 employees. This request for quotation consists of electronic trip conversion/retrofit kits, including the following items at a minimum: programmer; current transformers; CT bussworks; installation instruction, operation, and parts manual; manual trip reset kit; wiring harness; and installation hardware. Trip conversion kits shall be AC-PRO or equivalent specifically designed for specific AC circuit breakers.
