Synopsis:

This is a Sources Sought notice to assist NIST in completing market research for a procurement that is planned for Summer FY2008. No solicitation is currently available, and no unsolicited proposals will be entertained as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The specific purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify sources that are capable of providing the services identified below. NIST will have a requirement for an electronic remote access for comprehensive market industry reports in areas such as biometrics, nanotechnology, measurements and standards for climate changes; national earthquake hazards reduction; disaster resilient structures and communities, cyber security, and quantum information science.

Interested sources that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to provide this electronic remote access should submit an electronic copy of their capability statement that clearly and unambiguously demonstrates such capability. Responses to this notice will only be accepted via email to: sandra.shaffner@nist.gov no later than 3:00 pm, EST on August 18, 2008. No telephone requests will be honored.
